We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging intact
- Free from stains, scents, or damages

Care
If you choose to machine wash,
- Wash with similar coloured clothes
- Turn dress onto the reversible side when washing
- Place dress in a mesh laundry net
- Use a delicates cycle
- Wash in cold water with mild detergent
- Do not wring it
If you choose to hand wash,
- Use cold water and a small amount of mild detergent
- Gently swirl the dress — don’t scrub or wring it
