Ode to Sisters combines three things most bridesmaid labels don't offer together: satin-first design, handmade production in Indonesia rather than mass manufacturing, and full customisation of both colour and sizing without a couture price tag. The result is a made-to-order dress in the exact palette of a wedding, at a price point closer to ready-to-wear.

Every design is created with re-wearability in mind, so pieces continue to work at dinners, parties, and formal occasions long after the wedding.

Ode to Sisters uses satin - a smooth, lustrous fabric known for its fluid drape and soft-focus finish in photographs. Satin is a weave rather than a fibre, which is why it holds colour beautifully and gives bridesmaid and bridal pieces their signature elegant look.

Ode to Sisters offers standard ready-to-wear sizing and made-to-order custom sizing on all bridesmaid and bridal designs. Custom sizing is available for an additional SGD $25 – $35 per piece and allows the dress to be tailored to individual measurements while preserving the original silhouette.

Yes, Ode to Sisters offers ready-to-wear stock alongside made-to-order pieces. Ready-to-wear items ship straight away, while made-to-order pieces are produced in your chosen colour and size after purchase.

Ode to Sisters recommends booking your appointment at least 3.5 to 6 months before your wedding date, especially for custom colour or made-to-order dresses. This allows enough time for consultations, production, shipping, and any alterations if needed. For larger bridal parties or fully custom orders, we suggest reaching out even earlier to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Ode to Sisters offers appointment-based try-ons at its Singapore studio and at its stockist partner in Medan, Indonesia. Singapore appointments can be booked directly through the appointments page and Medan appointments can be made through our stockist. All appointments are free of charge.

Ode to Sisters welcomes brides to bring their full bridal party to a fitting appointment. There is no cap on group size, the studio is set up to accommodate the whole team so everyone can try, discuss, and decide together.

To help us create a personalised and seamless fitting experience for you, we recommend sharing your preferred colours, styles, and sizes with us ahead of your appointment. This allows us to prepare the most relevant pieces for you to try on.

Your wedding colour palette for reference
Nude undergarments, if possible, for the most accurate fit and silhouette view

The more we understand your vision, the better we can help you find the perfect dresses for your special day.

If you choose to machine wash,

Wash with similar coloured clothes
Turn dress onto the reversible side when washing
Place dress in a mesh laundry net
Use a delicates cycle
Wash in cold water with mild detergent
Do not wring it

If you choose to hand wash,

Use cold water and a small amount of mild detergent
Gently swirl the dress — don’t scrub or wring it

Yes, Ode to Sisters designs are cut with re-wearability in mind. Silhouettes and colour palettes are chosen to work at dinners, parties, galas, and formal occasions, so pieces earn their place in the wardrobe well beyond the wedding day.

Custom orders take approximately 3.5 to 4.5 months depending on quantity and fabric availability. We recommend booking at least 3.5 to 6 months before the wedding to allow time for consultation, production and shipping.

Yes, Ode to Sisters offers custom colours for all designs at an additional fee of $40 per outfit. If you have a specific wedding palette in mind, simply send us a reference photo or colour swatch and we’ll do our best to match it.

Yes, Ode to Sisters offers custom sizing for all bridesmaid designs at an additional fee of $25 - $35 per outfit, depending on the changes to be made. This allows us to tailor each piece more closely to your measurements while ensuring the fit, proportions, and overall silhouette of the design are beautifully maintained for your bridal party.

At the moment, we only offer our existing designs in custom colours and sizing alterations. We do not create fully custom dress designs.

Yes, self-collection from Ode to Sisters' Tanjong Pagar showroom may be available for selected orders. Collection details will be arranged with you once your order is ready.

Yes, Ode to Sisters offera international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery timelines will vary depending on your location.

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of order placed.

Ready-Stock Orders (Singapore)

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with all original packaging intact
Free from stains, scents, or damages

Returns and exchanges for Singapore orders are complimentary — no return fees will be charged.

Ready-Stock Orders (International)

Custom Orders

As all custom orders are specially made to your selected measurements and/or colour preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized or custom-coloured items.

Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. We recommend confirming all details carefully before placing your order.

As we focus on quality and thoughtful production, we only hold limited quantities for each design and colour. Some sizes and styles may sell out quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons.
