How far in advance should I book an appointment for my bridesmaid dresses?

We recommend booking your appointment at least 2.5 to 6 months before your wedding date, especially for custom colour or made-to-order dresses. This allows enough time for consultations, production, shipping, and any alterations if needed.

For larger bridal parties or fully custom orders, we suggest reaching out even earlier to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

What should I prepare before my appointment?

To help us create a personalised and seamless fitting experience for you, we recommend sharing your preferred colours, styles, and sizes with us ahead of your appointment. This allows us to prepare the most relevant pieces for you to try on.

We also suggest bringing along:

  • Inspiration photos (Pinterest boards or saved images work perfectly)
  • Your wedding colour palette for reference
  • Nude undergarments, if possible, for the most accurate fit and silhouette view

The more we understand your vision, the better we can help you find the perfect dresses for your special day.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

You’re welcome to bring as many people with you, the more the merrier.

Customisations

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take approximately 2.5 to 4 months depending on the quantity and fabric availability. We always recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow time for production and alterations if needed.

Do you offer custom colours for bridesmaid dresses?

Yes — we offer custom colours for all designs at an additional fee of $50 per outfit. If you have a specific wedding palette in mind, simply send us a reference photo or colour swatch and we’ll do our best to match it.

Do you offer custom sizing for bridesmaid dresses?

Yes — we offer custom sizing for all bridesmaid designs at an additional fee of $20 per outfit. This allows us to tailor each piece more closely to your measurements while ensuring the fit, proportions, and overall silhouette of the design are beautifully maintained for your bridal party.

Do you offer custom dress designs?

At the moment, we only offer our existing designs in custom colours and sizing alterations. We do not create fully custom dress designs.

Collection & Shipping

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, self-collection from our Tanjong Pagar showroom may be available for selected orders. Collection details will be arranged with you once your order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery timelines will vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of order placed.

Ready-Stock Orders (Singapore)

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging intact
  • Free from stains, scents, or damages

Returns and exchanges for Singapore orders are complimentary — no return fees will be charged.

Please note:

  • Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


Ready-Stock Orders (International)

  • We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept exchanges for International orders.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, scents, or damages

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are to be covered by the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange

Custom Orders

  • As all custom orders are specially made to your selected measurements and/or colour preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized or custom-coloured items.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. We recommend confirming all details carefully before placing your order.

Our Practices

Do you carry large quantities of each design?

As we focus on quality and thoughtful production, we only hold limited quantities for each design and colour. Some sizes and styles may sell out quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons.

If you’re ordering for a bridal party, we recommend booking your appointment and placing your order early to secure availability for your preferred design and colour palette.
