Singapore:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging intact
  • Free from stains, scents, or damages

Returns and exchanges are complimentary — no return fees will be charged.

Please note:

  • Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange
  • International shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

 

International:

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept exchanges for International orders.

Custom Orders

As all custom orders are specially made to your selected measurements and/or colour preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized or custom-coloured items.
